Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Private Jet operates pjtrips.com. Privacy contact: hello@pjtrips.com.
2. What we collect — and what we do not
Optional email only. The only personal information we collect is an email address you choose to give us for the Frequent Flyers Club. You can use the Site without giving an email.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, payment data, government IDs, precise location, or account credentials. We do not create user accounts. We do not sell products on this Site, so we do not collect checkout information.
Like any website, our host may momentarily receive standard technical data needed to deliver the page (for example an IP address and browser type in a server log). We do not use that data to identify you, build a profile, or market to you, and we do not combine it with your email. We do not run advertising pixels or sell lists.
3. How we use an email
If you opt in, we use your email only to send research, lab, and brand updates you requested. We use a service provider solely to send those emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We keep your address until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context advertising. We share an email only with the vendor that delivers our mail, with advisors under confidentiality, or if the law requires it (or to protect rights and safety). If the business is sold, subscriber records would transfer with it under this Policy or an equivalent one.
5. Cookies
We may use a strictly necessary cookie or similar storage so the age gate does not re-prompt every visit. We do not use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser may cause the age gate to reappear.
6. Children
The Site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 21. Contact [PRIVACY EMAIL] if you believe a minor submitted an email; we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Email hello@pjtrips.com to access, correct, or delete the address we hold, or to unsubscribe. We will verify that the request comes from that address.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you may know, delete, and correct personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. Categories we collect: an identifier (email you submit) and, at the server level only, internet/technical data we do not use to identify you. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law and have not done so in the prior 12 months. We do not use sensitive personal information. Subject line: “California Privacy Request.” Authorized agents must show proof of authority.
Residents of other U.S. states with privacy statutes, and visitors in the EEA/UK, may have similar rights (access, deletion, correction, objection, portability, complaint to a regulator). Use the same email. Where GDPR applies, our bases are consent (your optional email) and legitimate interests (running and securing the Site).
8. Security and transfers
We use reasonable measures appropriate to an informational site (including HTTPS). No transmission is perfectly secure. The Site is operated in the United States. Access from another country means your information is processed in the U.S.
9. Changes
We will post updates here and change the date. If collection practices materially change — for example if we add a store, forms that take more than an email, or advertising trackers — we will update this Policy before that happens and give any extra notice the law requires.
