1. Agreement

These Terms govern https://pjtrips.com and related Private Jet pages (the “Site”), operated by Private Jet (“we,” “us”). By entering the Site you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, leave.

We may update these documents. The date above will change. Continued use is acceptance.

2. 21+ only

The Site is solely for adults 21 years of age or older. By entering you represent that you are 21+. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 21 to use the Site or submit an email. If we learn a minor has done so, we will delete that information. The age gate is a representation tool, not a guarantee of compliance where you live.

3. What this Site is

Information only. The Site describes Metocin (4-HO-MET). It is not a storefront and does not sell any product. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or contract of sale.

Not advice. Content is educational, not medical, legal, or professional advice. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing discussed is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Legality — your responsibility

4-HO-MET is not separately listed on the U.S. federal Controlled Substances Act schedules as of the Effective Date. It is a structural analogue of psilocin (Schedule I) and may be prosecuted under the Federal Analogue Act when intended for human consumption. Some states (including Virginia, South Dakota, and West Virginia) have expressly scheduled it. Other countries ban it (for example, Class A in the United Kingdom).

You alone must know and follow the law where you are. We do not represent that Metocin is legal in your jurisdiction and do not encourage unlawful possession, manufacture, or distribution.

5. Safety

Psychedelic compounds can produce intense effects and carry risk. If — and only where — use is lawful:

• Do not combine with MAOIs, SSRIs, SNRIs, or other serotonergic drugs or supplements (serotonin-syndrome risk).

• Talk to a physician first if you take medication, have a psychiatric or heart condition, or are pregnant or nursing.

• Do not drive or operate machinery while effects may last. Keep any product away from children.

• Dosing descriptions are not a recommendation to ingest anything. There is no approved medical use.

You assume all risk from how you interpret Site content and from any action you take after reading it.

6. Optional email only

You may optionally join the Frequent Flyers Club by giving an email address. That is the only personal information we ask for. Unsubscribing is always available via the link in each email or by writing [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Submitting an email does not create an account, a purchase, or a supply relationship.

7. Acceptable use

You will not: use the Site if you are under 21; scrape or attack the Site; submit false information; use our content to sell controlled substances where that is illegal; or copy our brand, copy, or design in a confusing way. We may block access at any time.

The Site — including text, design, “Private Jet,” “Frequent Flyers Club,” and the Free Fall game — is owned by us or our licensors. You may view it for personal, non-commercial information. You may not copy or commercially reuse it without written consent. Feedback you send may be used by us without obligation to you. Do not send confidential information.

We do not warrant that content is complete or current, that described lab results apply to any product obtained elsewhere, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED US $100. Some places do not allow certain limits; there, liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

You will defend and indemnify Private Jet and its owners, officers, employees, and agents against claims, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms or of law, content you submit, or your possession, use, or distribution of any substance after reading the Site.

14. Law and venue

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your home country, where they cannot be waived, still apply.

15. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Site. If one provision fails, the rest remains. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Headings are convenience only. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in a sale or reorganization.
